$50 COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive

Hennepin County Public Health is helping to ensure that all people in Hennepin County who want the vaccine can get it.
Between July 1 and August 15, or as long as supplies last, Hennepin County is offering $50 Visa gift cards to people who receive the vaccine at any Hennepin County vaccine event or clinic listed below.

Hennepin County Public Health Clinic
The Hennepin County Public Health Clinic is offering COVID-19 vaccinations to people 12 and older during normal clinic hours. The clinic has Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson and Johnson. Call 612-543-5555 to schedule an appointment or for more information. Walk-ins are also accepted as supply allows.

Instant vaccine incentives for individuals
Between July 1 and August 15, or as long as supplies last, Hennepin County is offering a $50 Visa gift card to:
people 18 and older who gets a first or second dose of COVID-19 vaccine at any Hennepin County vaccine event
parents/guardians of youth 12+ who get a first or second dose of COVID-19 vaccine at any Hennepin County vaccine event
unaccompanied youth able to consent who get a first or second dose of COVID-19 vaccine at any Hennepin County vaccine event
People who receive both doses at Hennepin County events will get two $50 Visa gift cards. These are county sponsored vaccine events, so there is no charge for the vaccine and you do not need to be a Hennepin County resident to participate. Limited walk-ins accepted. Pre-registration preferred.
